AWS Marketplace Adds A2A Server Support for AgentCore
🛠️ AWS Marketplace now supports Agent-to-Agent (A2A) servers and streamlined deployment for third-party AI agents built for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime. The update pre-populates required environment variables in the AgentCore console and adds AWS CLI instructions within Marketplace listings so customers can procure and deploy A2A servers directly. AWS Partners can list A2A and MCP servers and containerized AgentCore Runtime products, define vendor launch configurations, and enable flexible pricing (including free API-based SaaS) to accelerate onboarding. These capabilities reduce deployment complexity and add protocol flexibility to meet diverse customer needs.

AWS Marketplace shows estimated tax and invoicing entity
💡 AWS Marketplace now displays estimated tax amounts and the applicable invoicing entity to buyers at the time of purchase. The procurement view shows estimated tax type (such as VAT, GST, or US sales tax), tax rates, and the estimated upfront tax amount derived from a customer's tax and address settings in the AWS Billing console. Buyers can download a PDF summary of the tax and invoicing details to support procurement approvals, budgeting, and issuing purchase orders to the correct invoicing entity. This capability is available today in all AWS Regions where AWS Marketplace is supported.

AWS Marketplace Agreement Events Now via EventBridge
🔔 AWS Marketplace now publishes purchase agreement lifecycle events through Amazon EventBridge, replacing prior Amazon SNS notifications for Software as a Service and Professional Services product types. Sellers (Independent Software Vendors and Channel Partners) and buyers receive notifications for creation, termination, amendment, replacement, renewal, cancellation, and expiration. ISVs also get license-specific events to manage customer entitlements. EventBridge routing supports targets such as AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon CloudWatch, AWS Step Functions, and can remain compatible with existing SNS-based workflows.

AWS Marketplace Enables Local INR Transactions for India
🇮🇳 Buyers and sellers in India can now transact locally on AWS Marketplace using INR, with invoices issued in Indian Rupees and tax compliance facilitated by AWS India. India-based sellers can register to sell paid offerings, create private offers in USD or INR, and work with India-based Channel Partners. AWS India will automate WHT and GST-TCS collection and remittance to authorities, simplifying buyer compliance.

🤖 AWS Marketplace now offers flexible pricing and simplified deployment for AI agents and tools, including contract-based and usage-based options for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime containers. The update also streamlines OAuth credential management via Quick Launch for API-based agents and allows supported remote MCP servers procured through Marketplace to be used as MCP targets on AgentCore Gateway. These enhancements reduce deployment complexity and give partners more pricing flexibility while improving scalability for customers.

AWS Marketplace Adds Purchase Order Line Number Support
🧾 AWS Marketplace now supports purchase order (PO) line numbers for Marketplace transactions, allowing customers to associate charges with a specific PO line during procurement and for future charges post-procurement in the AWS Marketplace console. Invoices show the related purchase order and PO line number in the Billing and Cost Management console, helping teams accurately match invoices to POs. This capability is available today in all supported AWS Regions.

AWS Marketplace Adds EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY for Private Offers
🌍 AWS Marketplace now supports usage-based private offers priced in four additional local currencies—EUR, GBP, AUD, and JPY. Sellers and Channel Partners can create private offers and receive disbursements in the offer currency for consumption-based and contract pricing, simplifying cash flow and reducing foreign-exchange exposure. For Channel Partner Private Offers, the seller, partner, and buyer must transact in the same currency; public offers remain in USD only.

AWS Marketplace expands pricing dimensions for sellers
🧾 AWS Marketplace has expanded pricing dimension capabilities, raising the per-listing limit from 24 to 200 dimensions for both contract and usage-based pricing. Sellers can immediately use newly added SaaS usage dimensions in public offers, enabling instant access to newly launched features. AWS also removed the 90-day price update restriction for dimensions that have no active subscriptions, and these updates are available in all supported AWS Regions.
