Defined in YAML and managed via GitLab, contracts are validated and operationalized by Dataplex Universal Catalog, which provisions Data Quality Scan jobs and profiling. The platform uses Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery to orchestrate scans, surface results, and provide dashboards for real-time observability.
