Other vendors such as Gong.io, Zendesk and HubSpot have also disabled their connectors. Gainsight engaged Mandiant for an independent forensic investigation and is advising customers to rotate credentials and S3 keys, reset NXT passwords where appropriate, re-authorize integrations, and follow proactive hardening guidance while the investigation continues.
